I stopped to look at a Pathfinder one day. I was looking to downsize from my Tahoe. Stanley and Jordan came out to see how they could help. They were great about showing and talking with me about what I wanted to accomplish, etc. When I went back for a test drive, they were kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The buying/ financing process went quickly! I've NEVER had a vehicle purchase go so smoothly. I arrived at 4:45 in my Chevy Tahoe, and I left in my BRAND NEW PATHFINDER just before 8!! And Madison was a true Rockstar for getting me an awesome finance deal! I HIGHLY recommend checking them out when you start thinking about getting a me vehicle!

I also want to give a special shout-out to the financial manager, who made sure we had everything in place. They went above and beyond to ensure we were fully covered with warranties, gap insurance, and all the extras that give you peace of mind when buying a new car. If you’re considering coming here, do it. They have awards everywhere and it really shows why when you’re visiting. I bought my first car and I do not regret coming here one bit. The waiting time was non existent and I was 40 minutes late to my appointment due to a 5.5 hour drive. We worked with Aaron. He listened to my wants and dislikes and did not try to sell me whatever car. He listened to my requests and came through. He offered us a drink probably borderline too many times haha(not really) the customer service here was overwhelmingly phenomenal. Aaron worked very well with me and I couldn’t appreciate my first car buying experience anymore :) Ann was my fianance gal and she knew what she was talking about and was very informative with any questions I may have.

He doesn't do good with waiting and the staff was very understanding and welcoming. They have a wonderful area for play while you wait. We love it here. Matt from the service department helped me get my vehicle fixed. I was stuck with my only vehicle damaged to the point where it was unsafe to drive. Matt made phone calls to help me work with the warranty company, and went above and beyond with communication, as well as setting me up with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. This was my second experience at this location and both times I was welcomed with fantastic service. Will be continuing to bring my vehicle here for maintenance and repairs.
