Had to Edit this after the completed purchase of my car to include Ben in this review. They were absolutely both amazing to work with. Extremely nice guys. Even had the pleasure of meeting a couple other of their salespeople and they are all very nice. You be lucky to work with any of them.

My salesperson Hunter was very friendly and explained the car features to me and my daughter at the best of his ability. He was pretty new and apparently I was his first customer. When he had questions because of how new he was, he was not afraid to ask for help from his colleagues. He also tried his best to work with me on the final price and I was happy with the deal plus the nationwide warranty offered by this dealership.

The sales Manager Chris Pena had everything ready to go when I arrived and they were very hospitable. The facility is very nice with modern touches that made the experience more comfortable. The Finance lady Meagan was sweet and made the paperwork very easy - she wasn't pushy at all and made the process smooth. I would easily purchase another vehicle from Lawrence and I would highly recommend this dealer to everyone in the area. I drove from Council Bluffs just on principle alone and they held their end of the of bargain. Thanks again to the staff for an awesome experience!!

Kaitlyn in internet sales was great at reaching out to me to help qualify my needs. She followed up as needed and kept me engaged. She is very personable and placed no pressure on me. Nick was the specialist who listened to my needs and then allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I could not return For about a week but he followed up with me as needed. This was a hassle free no nonsense and professional experience. Kaitlyn and Nick impressed me so much that I knew there was no way I would buy anywhere else. Thanks again guys for a job well done. I am enjoying my 2016 Hyundai Sonata sport.

Matt from the service department helped me get my vehicle fixed. I was stuck with my only vehicle damaged to the point where it was unsafe to drive. Matt made phone calls to help me work with the warranty company, and went above and beyond with communication, as well as setting me up with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. This was my second experience at this location and both times I was welcomed with fantastic service. Will be continuing to bring my vehicle here for maintenance and repairs.
